How long have you been doing this?
I've been crafting videos since March 2020. I have experience in Engagement Videography, Family Videography, Commercial and Real Estate. It's been quite the ride!
How do we book you?
You are welcome to reach out to me via email, phone call or through here! Next, we will set up a time conference, as I do enjoy getting to connect on the phone before we move forward on working together. We will schedule either a in-person sit down (social distancing of course) or Google chat. At our first meeting, we will go over your hopes for your video, and then if you and I feel good about working together, then I will get the contract signed from you and payments can be made.
How far out do you book?
Generally, for Real Estate, one week out. Other Sessions, I do want to make sure we have time to dot our i's and cross our t's, but we the shortest time frame is 2 weeks, and for Weddings, up to 6 months so we can plan!
Do you require a Deposit?
Yep! 50% down. This is refundable up to one month out from your scheduled time with me.
I do allow you to reschedule one time due to outside circumstances, weather, sickness. But if we have to reschedule again, I charge a reschedule fee of 1/4 of the total fees.
Outside of these parameters, deposit it non-refundable.
When is our Total Payment for our Session Due?
2 weeks before show time!
Whats your turn around time?
Weddings: 4-6 Weeks
Commercial: 4-6 Weeks
Real Estate: 3-5 Weeks
If you need it expedited, you can add that on to your package for $1000.00
How do we get our video?
I will deliver your video via email, for you to then download. Stay tuned for more exciting options I am working on for other delivery modes.
How do you capture sound?
I will provide a mic to put on you, and others who are on screen.
Will your Rates change throughout our time together?
My rates change, yes. The only way to make sure your rate gets locked in is to sign your contract with me. What my rates are in your contract, is what your rate will be, even if my rates increase before your session with me.
Do you work well with other vendors?
Absolutely! I know that it is important to have good relationships and work well with other vendors, especially for the Wedding Day. I work closely with America Roe Photography, as she and I have worked together on different projects this past year. I follow the photographers lead, and make sure to capture your moments through my artistic expression too!
What should we wear?
I want you to be comfortable! So please feel free to wear what you deem appropriate for the genre we are shooting.
Do you Travel?
I absolutely do! As long as housing, air fare and rental car is paid for (if those are needed), I am good to hop on over to you! I do charge $.575/mile.
Do you pick the music?
Yes I do. I pay to copyright music from several sites. Most popular songs cannot be legally licensed for a reasonable price. You are welcome to go the route of getting copyright to use a song special to you, but it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months or longer to get permission.
How many revisions do you allow?
With all of my packages, I give 2 hrs of complimentary revisions. If you find you want more, it is $125/hour.
